Goodman
CHARLES
GOODMAN is Assistant Professor of Philosophy. He received his Ph.D.
from the University of Michigan in 2002. He has been at Binghamton
University since 2003. His areas of research and teaching include
Buddhist Philosophy, Indian Philosophy, Analytic Metaphysics, and
Comparative Ethics. His recent publications include “Vaibhasika
Metaphoricalism,” Philosophy East and West (2005), “The
Treasury of Metaphyiscs and the Physical World,” The Philosophical
Quarterly (2004), and “Resentment and Morality: Buddhism on Moral
Responsibility,” American Philosophical Quarterly (2002).
